By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sower Essentials account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you wish to.

While every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you safely and punctually, we would not be able to track the whereabouts of your order should there be any delay or loss. Depending on the volume of orders received, customers who reside in Singapore should expect to receive their orders within 7 working days upon payment verification. This assumes the item you ordered is immediately in stock. Actual delivery time will ultimately depend on the postal or other third-party delivery service providers, and other factors which are not within our control. In the event that your order is urgent, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for NEXT DAY delivery with additional charges involved, to be paid to the courier upon delivery, otherwise we charge $4 for delivery island wide (local Singapore)
Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the item. For small items, charges are capped at $4 with GST. For larger items, the delivery charges will be higher due to higher courier charges.
