FAQ

For special requests on online orders, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com alongside with your order number. We would try our best to accommodate all requests.

Local taxes are included in product prices. The price that you see on our webpage will be the price you are paying at checkout.

To use your coupon, select the item(s) you want to purchase and proceed to My Cart. Next, enter the coupon code in the Discount Code space and click on Apply Coupon. The discount will be reflected immediately.

You may also enter the code at the Checkout page. After you have successfully entered the code, refresh the page for the code to work.

Please drop us an email at orders@soweressentials.com and we will respond on a case-by-case basis. If refunds are granted, please note that it would be subjected to bank charges to be borned by customers.

1. In the event of damaged item(s) received, we will not be responsible for any items that were damaged during delivery.

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in SingPost, and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

3. If the wrong item(s) have been sent, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

You can go to your Shopping Cart to cancel your order. Any orders after payment has been made cannot be cancelled.

You can create an account in the Checkout page. The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email soon after you have submitted the details. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at orders@soweressentials.com.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sower Essentials account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you wish to.

Please email us at orders@soweressentials.com to edit your address if you had provided us with the wrong address at the time of purchase.

It might be due to unsuccessful payment or some error on our system. You may email us at orders@soweressentials.com to check on your payment.

For every successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order reference number and the total item(s) ordered.

We only accept credit card payment via Stripe. Stripe’s terms and conditions apply.

While every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you safely and punctually, we would not be able to track the whereabouts of your order should there be any delay or loss. However, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com and we would try to track the order with our courier partner.

Depending on the volume of orders received, customers who reside in Singapore should expect to receive their orders within 7 working days upon payment verification. This assumes the item you ordered is immediately in stock. Actual delivery time will ultimately depend on the postal or other third-party delivery service providers, and other factors which are not within our control. Please feel free to reach out to us at orders@soweressentials.com if you have queries on any of your orders.

In the event that your order is urgent, please reach us at orders@soweressentials.com for NEXT DAY delivery with additional charges involved, to be paid to the courier upon delivery.

Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the item. For small items, charges are capped at $3.80 with GST. For larger items, the delivery charges will be higher due to higher courier charges.

Overseas orders will be put on hold till further notice.
