To use your coupon, select the item(s) you want to purchase and proceed to My Cart. Next, enter the coupon code in the Discount Code space and click on Apply Coupon. The discount will be reflected immediately.

You may also enter the code at the Checkout page. After you have successfully entered the code, refresh the page for the code to work.

We will not be able to do returns. We also do not provide refunds of money paid for any item.

However, please drop us an email at orders@soweressentials.com and we will respond on a case-by-case basis.

1. In the event of damaged item(s) received, we will not be responsible for any items that were damaged during delivery.

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in SingPost, and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

3. If the wrong item(s) have been sent, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

You can go to your Shopping Cart to cancel your order. Any orders after payment has been made cannot be cancelled.
Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

You can create an account in the Checkout page. The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email soon after you have submitted the details. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at orders@soweressentials.com.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sower Essentials account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you wish to.

It might be due to unsuccessful payment or some error on our system. You may email us at orders@soweressentials.com to check on your payment.

For every successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order reference number and the total item(s) ordered.

We only accept credit card payment via Stripe. Stripe’s terms and conditions apply.

While every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you safely and punctually, we would not be able to track the whereabouts of your order should there be any delay or loss. Therefore, we greatly encourage you to choose the registered mail option.
Choose registered mail option at an additional S$3.50 by clicking ‘Calculate shipping’ at My Cart.
Please provide us with your CONTACT NUMBER to facilitate courier services (for large and bulky orders) if you will not be available at the time of delivery.

For overseas orders, once we have mailed out your order, we will provide the tracking number which you may use to track and trace your delivery online.

All your orders are sent via Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), unless stated otherwise.

Depending on the volume of orders received, customers who reside in Singapore should expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days upon payment verification. This assumes the item you ordered is immediately in stock. Actual delivery time will ultimately depend on the postal or other third-party delivery service providers, and other factors which are not within our control. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have queries on any of your orders.

The delivery time for countries outside Singapore ranges from 5 to 40 working days, depending on the location and shipping method the customer chooses.

Delivery within Singapore is FREE, except for restricted zones, such as the Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island, PSA Terminals, Sentosa, MINDEF Communications Organisation, Changi Airport Transit lounge, Paya Lebar Airport Communications Centre, and other offshore islands.

International shipping to countries other than Singapore is available. The shipping cost is treated differently for each country depending on the location and weight of the total item(s) purchased. If you cannot find your country on the drop-down menu, or if you purchase items more than 4.5 kg, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com.

Overseas customers may make a purchase on our website. There are different shipping costs that you can choose from, depending on your location and the weight of the item(s). Please go to My Cart page and click on ‘Calculate Shipping’ to do so.

In the event that your country is not on the list, and if the total weight of the items is more than 4.5kg, please email us at orders@soweressentials.com with details of the item(s) you want to purchase, and your complete address. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
